As part of the measures taken to limit the spread of coronavirus COVID-19, we inform you that Indigo parking lots in Lausanne remain accessible to the public.

The Indigo Group has put in place a series of measures to ensure the safe continuity of service for its customers and employees.

Complementary hygiene measures

In addition to the usual maintenance of our works we put in place complementary hygiene measures by regularly disinfecting contact areas such as the front sides of automatic crates and especially the areas (keyboard, button), front faces of entrance and exit terminals, bars or door handles, and elevator buttons. We also encourage you to use CB payment without contact or at the exit terminal whenever possible.

These measures are intended to complement, but by no means replace, the basic “barrier” guidelines.

Protecting customers and employees

The reception of the public in the shop is temporarily suspended.
In order to protect our customers and employees, we display basic recommendations and protection instructions in our car parks. The available personnel will be mobilized for local security and maintenance missions that are essential to your safety.

For your everyday needs we manage our car parks remotely 24/7 from our Tele Operation centre based at the Centre Parking. Our operators can be reached from the many intercoms located in our car parks.

All The Indigo Group’s teams are mobilized to deal with this unprecedented situation.
